Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meridian Aurum website and any account you open with Meridian Aurum Capital Ltd. ("Meridian Aurum," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or open an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a legally binding contract to open an account. You must complete identity verification (KYC) and any applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) checks before funding an account or placing an order. 2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or as required by law.

3. Orders, pricing, and fees

Quoted prices reflect market conditions at the moment you confirm an order and are time-limited. All fees (spreads, storage, and delivery where applicable) are disclosed before you confirm an order; see Pricing & Fees. Once confirmed, an order is generally binding, subject to any cancellation window we may offer.

4. Storage and delivery

For vaulted products, gold is held as described on the relevant product page and in Security & Vaulting. For physical delivery, risk of loss generally passes to you upon confirmed delivery, subject to any in-transit insurance arrangements described at checkout. Nothing on this site constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our full Risk Disclosure. We do not guarantee any return, and gold's value can fall as well as rise.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or your account for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent identity verification or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security
  • Use automated systems to access the site outside of any API we may separately offer

7. Limitation of liability
